Hurricane Poem by Atticus Mortimer

Hurricane

a Poem,
is like a child,
you create it,
and raise it,
from the depths of the Mind, Heart and Soul,
a Poem,
is like a howl,
off in the distance,
barely audible at first,
but as you hear it over and over,
it gets stronger,
and louder,
and then,
a Poem,
is like a hurricane,
raging in your mind,
words and meanings,
swirling and spinning,
blatantly obvious now.
