Hurting Inside Poem by Evy Moore

Hurting Inside

From the summers warmth
to the winter's cold

my heart still aches
from love now old

the darkness soaks
the love now bleeds

my heart decaying
the anger seeds

emotions spin
the sorrow flows

my eyse shut tight
the light now goes

a wet cold tear
rolls down my eyes

my heart slows down
the love slowly dies
