Hypothermia: The Rescue

I deny and
resist
any help.
Help is a burden;
but a burden
could be shredded
lightened, and washed out.
My life have been
a burden,
half of it is
washed out,
the other half is left out
and is
still anchored to the bottom
of my deepest ocean.
