I accept, in your grand design,
you wished man to be perfect,
reflecting your divine kind,
To be in your true image aligned.
Yet, as I review,
I see man has lost his perfect sight,
his keen ears, his inner light.
Depression etches deep upon his face,
his eyes are dim, his ears closed to grace.
For man has strayed
from your firm embrace,
Forgetting eternal awareness,
drifting into delusion's space.
He failed to see the divine signs,
deflected and denied, and rebelled.
Yet, despite his wandering and astray,
Your love remains, undiminished by his way.
And you whisper softly to him, 'I love you, '
A truth eternal, pure and undeniable!
