Shut-up, insecure nonsense!
I am claiming the good in me.
I am claiming all the wonder I am as a human.
I am claiming all the glory I am as a woman.
I am claiming all the good that will come to me.
I am not allowing anymore negative to penetrate
I am claiming that I am worthy and worth loving.
I am claiming all the blessings that have been bestowed on me.
I am claiming all the wonder that has been stolen from me.
I will not get stuck in sadness any longer.
I will not pick on myself anymore.
I will believe I am worth real love from good people.
I will know that what I want matters.
I will know my feelings matter, and are not just 'crazy' woman talk.
I will not believe the lies that I am not enough.
I am special, I am unique, I am lovable, I am beautiful.
I am a pleasure to know and worth talking to.
I am smart, I am total, I am whole.
I am creative, I am good at it.
I am resourceful, I am going to thrive.
I am a good Mom, I am lovely, I am considerate.
I am crazy sometimes, I am ok with that.
I am right sometimes, I am wrong sometimes.
I am ok with that too.
I am able to let go, I am able to heal, I am able to feel.
I am able to let people be who they are,
I am able to love people for who they are,
I am able to be loved for who I am.
I am compassionate, I am forgiving.
I am worth forgiving.
I am powerful, I am scared.
