I was the first to die,
In the Revolutionary War.
I paved the road of history
For so many more.
I am Crispus Attucks

With my heart and desire,
And all my ambition,
I lead the movement
For our abolition.
I am Frederick Douglass

I was the greatest scientist
Of my time.
I was an inventor
To benefit all mankind.
I am George Washington Carver

That day in Alabama,
I got on the bus.
They asked me to move,
But I wouldn't budge.
I am Rosa Parks

'I don't call it violence,
when it's in self defense;
I call it intelligence.'
I am Malcolm X

'I float like a butterfly
And sting like a bee.'
I was the sports personality
Of the century.
I am Muhammad Ali

It should've happened,
Sooner it would seem.
I was the man who
Had a dream.
I am Dr Martin Luther King Jr.

In the music world,
I was on top.
Everyone knew me as,
'The King of Pop.'
I am Michael Jackson

America has spoken,
It was no accident.
I stand before you now
As the 44th president.
I am Barack Obama
