I am a thought.
A creation of your inmost soul.
A child of your brain
Your concepts were my mould.
You formed me with ideas
And dreams a hundred-fold.
Through your eyes it was
I learnt the things that others know
They have been simply told.
I am a part, a portion small,
A fragment of your dreams.
I'm what you say with spoken word
And sometimes what you mean.
I am illusion, fact and fiction, moulded into one.
And this most scalding thought of all
Without you
I am none!
