I Am Awake Now In The Middle Of The Night
I AM AWAKE NOW /IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT
I am awake now
In the middle of the night-
The middle of the night
Is the darkest time of all-
I would like to sleep
But I have already slept-
I do not know what to do with the darkness
I do not know what to do with myself-
It is the middle of the night
And I am awake in it-
Darkness inside and darkness out
And I am too awake to sleep.
