I Am Me Poem by Swachhanda Saarthak

I Am Me

The peculiar product of the almighty.
World demands rationality,
But I`ve mastered in lunatic dance.
Friends should be ashamed of,
But I dance recklessly.
There are the roads, wide & grand,
But I wander in broken pebble`s boulevard.
There are the places, magnificent & stay-worth,
But I dwell in impossible dreamland.
People are busy with collection of intelligence,
Here, I treasure pieces of my fanatic ideas.
People are in rush, they are after glory,
Here, I stand inglorious, pleased with my idiocy.
Geniuses smile at smile-worth discovery,
I laugh, the very moment, I feel like.
Greats appreciate the acts undisputed,
I appreciate what I assume to be mine.
I`ve been criticized, I`ve been laughed at,
I`ve been suspected, I`ve been neglected,
For being me, just for being me.
But I never transformed, I never reformed myself,
Because I just the love the idea of being me.
While being me, I don`t big joys to rejoice
I don`t need big sorrows to sob.
Yes, I am me & will always remain so!
