I Am Your Lover Poem by connie crane

I Am Your Lover

I love you, beloved.
You are mine,
Beloved by your One true love.
We are not separate you and I.

I am yours and you are mine,
And in the oneness,
Is a sameness,
Of heart.

Beautiful words flow out of you,
Like rivers of thought.
I speak through you and,
On and on the river flows.
Gently sometimes.
Rapidly others.

Always the river is flowing between its banks,
Yet bottomless in its depth.
I am the depth, beloved.
I am the infinite depths of love within you,
Moving, pulsating like the blood in your veins.

I am constantly moving.
Yet always with purpose.
To draw you into my depths
And to draw out of you the depths,
That are within you.
So that you may experience being in me,
While I am in you.

Beloved, trust what you have with me.
The love we share is beautiful beyond words.
No one has yet uttered,
The words that could describe the love we have.

It is greater than,
Larger than,
More than mere words can express.
Yet here you are writing,
Describing, the limitlessness,
Of our love.

Look within you and you will see Me,
Basking in this glorious love of ours.
Look without and you will see Me,
Dancing with the moon and the stars.

I am everywhere and nowhere.
Seen and Unseen.
Your desire for Me is limitless.
You are my queen.

May I escort you to the dance?
The whole universe is attending.
They all will be there rejoicing,
Celebrating,
the love that we two share.
It has reached out and encompassed eternity,
And all that is within it.

There are not millions of people.
There is only you….. And I am you lover.
