Kisses N The Shower Poem by connie crane

Kisses N The Shower

Rating: 5.0

Kisses in the shower.
A huge bouquet of flowers.
A timely kiss upon my hand.
Soft lips bewhiskered bespeak a man.
A gentle touch on curvy places.
Says “I can’t keep my hands off of you! ”
Looking in a mirror at our two faces,
Pressed together we gaze anew.
We love looking at ourselves together,
Though the years say we are older.
We hold each other in our hearts.
Our love will last forever.
In this moment we are lovers,
Uninhibited, unchained, unfettered.
A summation of all the loving moments,
We have gathered.
A huge bouquet of flowers,
We carry in our thoughts.
Roses. Tulips. Lilacs,
Blooming in our hearts.
There is no time for lovers,
Only here and now.
Another moment cherishing another.
Another moment time allows.
Our love will last forever,
Because forever is.
It will be unending,
Like the memory of,
Kisses in the shower.
