I Believe You Poem by poetic mess ...

I Believe You

The sting in her heart that makes her cry
Days go by without a 'hi'
But you kiss her neck and leave your love bites
Place her on your lap and hug her tight
No good morning texts, no goodnights
No real talks, no silly fights
Yet you pin her against the wall and kiss her eyes
Your lips meet hers and you're convinced the spark flies
She can't take it anymore, yet gives it another try
All the queries in her mind but doesn't want to pry
So you get down on your knees and caress her thighs
And eagerly explore her every lows and highs
Miles apart but under the same sky
She can't stop thinking of you
Her thought never crosses your mind
But you tell her 'I miss you' at times
And 'Love, I'm yours, you're all mine'
Her longing for you deepens with every sunrise
And with every sunset, her hope almost dies
But you arrive just in time and the faith survives
'Baby, I love you'
Yes, you do babe, I believe your lies.
