I bleed through pain
As you bleed through mine
I want to love you
But I can’t because of the time
What more could happen?
Between you and me
I play the words
Across my tongue
As they dance on the edge
Of my flute
What more is there to see?
Without you beside me
I bleed through pain
I bleed through the pain
That’s on my sides
But everywhere I know you are beside me
