I Can Feel It Poem by hidden poet

Aching.
Longing.
Pining.
These are the emotions I feel.

Sometimes I get a respite,
and feel nothing at all.

Sometimes there are brief moments
of joy or happiness
when laughter escapes my soul.

It sounds so foreign to me,
the laughing.
I'm shocked to hear it.

Shock!
that's another emotion!
So many emotions that i had forgotten-
can i feel more?

Wonder.
Awe.
Hope.
Light.
Free.
Happy.

Where are is this coming from?
This flood of emotions?

Anger.
Hate.
Pain.

I savor them all.
Where are they coming from?
