I Could Poem by Amber Millar

I Could

Rating: 5.0

I could move mountains,
I could cross the sea,
But nothing will change,
The way you feel about me.

I could walk on water,
I could fly through the air,
But nothing will make you love me,
Nothing will make you care.

I could kiss the heavens,
I could touch the sky,
But nothing will make you love me,
Even when you make me cry.

I could perform miracles,
I could do anything, its true,
But nothing will make you love me,
Half as much as I love you.

A passionate exploration of unrequited love...some things are just not meant to be...JZ
