I Do - Poem by Amy Chatman

Life is hell
Why can't I find a good male
I want more than sex
Someone more complex
It seems like all men are the same
They all play the game
And I always lose
And it leaves my heart with a bruise
I hope to find someone to take these bruises away
And be with me everyday
Someone who'll turn my black skies blue
And give me a chance to finally say 'I do! '
