I Don'T Care Poem by Haleemah Mcmillan

I Don'T Care

Here we are broken up and were still communicating
Now i'm getting a fierce attitude, now i’m contemplating
On whether I want to stick this friendship out to the end
Being the one you call on, a helping hand
Holding my arms out to catch you when you fall
I told you i’m here for you, threw it all
But when I slip u let me go
Let me fall
Hit the ground hard
Lost my memory of the good times
That you and me had..
Now there're all gone
But now you give me lip
With your hand on your hip
But now I’m tired of pain
Your leaving me here to strain
To pick myself off the ground
Now I don’t care what you do
Its your life you do you
Leave me here waiting
And still contemplating
On being here till the end
I wonder how should I give in and walk away
I use to be your girl
Your world
Now i’m nothing but least proud possession
I didn’t stop your success
We use to be a couple so lovely
Like Colbie Caillat so bubbly
Love for us was never uneasy
Flew by so breezy
Soft and sweet
Now I don’t care what you do
Its your life you do you
When I leave don’t come after me
Im gone I’m going to do me
