I Don'T Care Poem by kaitlyn baker

I Don'T Care

I peer at the sky at dusk as my shadow of the night walks at a pace right by my side.
Irun across the field and indo the wild.
All my stress fades away as my spirit starts to sway.

I find myself laying on my back ontop the fresh, green grass.
I brethe in the sweet scent of fresh air.

My eyes start to close as my mindstarts to rest.
All my toubles had faded away, it feels as if this was to good to even exist.
I know it's not a dream.

I wonder how i even got here. But at the same time, i don't really care.
My mind is entirly blank, as my spirit slowly awakes.

I glance up at the sky and it's morning. I wonder where i am. and yet, i don't seem to care
