I Don't Mind - Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

all eyes on you tonight,
they throwing themselves at you
as soon as you step onto the scene
they going make it hot, fire alarms will go off
Got them yelling and screaming
crowding around you like you a superstar
You got groupies who want to be your
baby, yeah, they're going crazy
And you know I could never get jealous
when I know this is a no strings attached
isn't that hard to keep my thoughts intact
cause I'm going to do what I do regardless

Baby, I don't mind
if you have a few hoes
you keep on the low
I don't mind
what we have is casual
You're not mine exclusively
when feelings arise
it's going be a private party

when the party let out, I'll be standing near my car
As you walk over to me and ask me what I got planned tonight
See the spark in your eye and know what you've got in mind
You can work a convo like no other as smooth as an operator
your body's banging you know what I'm thinking, I'm glad I've made an impression
that will have you coming back for more, I give you the kind of love that apart of you crave for
I'm number one in your book
so I'm going to keep doing what it is I'm doing
