I Don't Say…lips Don't Say Poem by Karen Jane

I Don't Say…lips Don't Say

My eyes are saying what I don't say
Listen to what my lips don't say
My thirsty heart wanna feel
Your wet lips on my fingertips
As each tender words that you say
Take my ambrosial breath away
Whilst in the sweetest dreams
I picture us together

My eyes are saying what I don't say
Listen to what my lips don't say
You've got my heart on the line
I'm tied up, like a slave to a chain
Your body seems like a raincloud to me
You are my thirst, you are my (drinking) cup
Oh, can't you see it baby
You've got me going crazy
(Quit playing with my heart)
And sometime spend a night with me
Don't be afraid to bare your soul
I will love you until dawn
I wanna give you my all

My eyes are saying what I don't say
Listen to what my lips don't say
Your breaths are flames, your body is fire
Your bristly* (soft, velvety**) hair performs black magic
They seize my sleep and steal my peace
I'm gonna touch you like you've never known before
As you bewitch me into bed, singing me moon-struck
And as your body engirths me, kissing me quite insane
Our hair, bosom, hips, bend of legs, negligent falling hands all diffused

My eyes are saying what I don't say
Listen to what my lips don't say
The tears that I've cried
I have spent all of my life
It's perfect, it's passion, it's what I'd dreamed
I want to stay in this forever
From all of my sadness it's setting me free

My eyes are saying what I don't say
Listen to what my lips don't say
Wish, you won't sleep tonight
Wish, I won't sleep tonight
Lost in your embrace
I've found a sacred place
Love me forever, leave me never
In one spirit we meet and mingle
Whilst winged seraphs of Heaven
Covet you and me
