For so many years, my soul longed for life;
For so many months, my HEART longed for light;
My mind wandered about a lonely desert;
And my eyes suffered for lack of sight.
I trailed a path no one else wants to trail;
I danced to the tune of boredom;
My head hurts for lack of excitement;
And my future felt too blur for my mind to conceive.

But then, I saw a tiny light like a star at night;
It came at me until I followed its guide;
Through it, I found a larger ray of light;
In the light, I saw you standing with a smile;
In your smile, I found a new ray of hope;
In this hope, I found a new breathe of life;
In this breathe of life have I found my god.

You are my light, my heart, my life, my future and my god is seen in you...
