I Hate The Winter Poem by John Carter Brown

I Hate The Winter

Rating: 5.0

Oh how I hate the winter now
despite it's frosty charms
the icing on the rivers
the snow upon the farms

the vicious wind and lashing sleet
my red and runny nose
my cold and blue-numb fingers
my feet both fully froze

I've bought a balaclava
despite the heavy cost
also sheep-skin mittens
Oh, how I hate Jack Frost.
