I Have Been Kissed Poem by Arun Maji

And I exclaimed in joy-
I have been kissed!
I have been kissed!

And those angels above
Whispered
"Yes, indeed".

And those Gods and Goddesses above
Spoke to each other aloud
"He has been kissed
He has been kissed".

Yes, kiss is so beautiful
Even Gods cannot help
But rejoice.
Angels cannot help
But envy.

Is there anything sweeter than
Kiss of a woman
With sweetness in her lips
And tenderness in her heart?
I bet, none.

Is there any better reason to live
Than longing to be kissed
By cherry lips of beloved?
I bet, none.

Yet, human stupidity has no limit.
Human wastes his life
Doing things
But kiss.
And then he whinges-
Life is cruel!
World is ugly!

But divinity has given us ability
To kiss.
Has not he?
