I Have Nothing To Give The Silence



I HAVE NOTHING TO GIVE THE SILENCE

I have nothing to
To give the Silence-
Even my thoughts
Are not quiet enough,
At peace enough,
To make the silences
Deeper and more holy –

In the near darkness
Towards twilight
I write these words
And do not know
If they too
Are not silent enough.
