I Hear

I hear,
The pounding of hooves,
The swish of my whip,
The quiver of the poles,
The whinny from my horse,
The yelling from my coach,
The whispers from the audience,
The pounding of my heartbeat,
The applause from everyone.
My blue ribbon.

Your description of victory is vivid and the discourse is a thriller. This is a nice poem.
