I may have been caught off guard
but you know why
because all my dreams come true
truly when it comes to you

I had no idea, so many
many, many, yes sir- yesterday's
you would be such a strong
omnipresent always

smiling at me, making me angry
playing over my emotions
holding on to what we are
dimensions away, so close and far

my friend, lover, buddy
point of aggravation
frustration, lust, love
clarity in sincerest devotion

I know you
you can't hide
I want you free to fly
one day, you'll be by my side...
