I can't believe that you will leave,
leave me someday in tears.
The one who cares for me,
the one who knows my worst fears.

This pain won't go away,
no matter how hard I try.
My heart keeps screaming-
'Such a friend is hard to come by'

If you knew what you meant to me,
you wouldn't have thought of going.
Inspite of my requests, pleading and threats,
upon me, these clefts you are bestowing.

The times when I'll need you,
You'll be aloof and carefree.
But I want you to know one thing,
there'll never be anyone who'll miss you more than me.
