My hearts connected to the gas tank
My foots glued to the petal
I'll drive into the darkness
To never see the light
I'll let the winds consume me
Let the webs decay the safety from my eyes
So let the shadows swarm my body
To help this story unfold
As I press the pedal harder
Let the speed take away my soul
Let the ground beneath me
Change into the air around me
I'll become one with this machine
Let my pain escape from me
For just one moment I'll enjoy the bliss
Before my journey becomes missed
The night become alluring
As I blast the music into the night
My eyes locked on the stars behind me
I'll never remember such a wonderful sight
The feeling of complete emptiness
No care in the world as I ride into the night
Until it's majestic beauty fades
And the light of day brings forth
The departure of my silence
As the world awakes again
But for the moment being
I can remember what I had done
Remember the feeling and wonders
Remember how much I could care
Until the darkness finds me
And lets my wings unfold once more
