at a very young age i was grown
because i had to do everything on my own
pain was my closest friend
happiness i would pretend
i hid everthing so well
that no one could tell
not even you knew
what i was going through
sure we hung out all of the time
and you probley thought everything was fine
when i looked at you that one day
i knew your love was true so i ran away
since pain was all i knew
when you showedd me love i didnt know what to do
love was never given to me
so i was afraid of it you see
being with someone where love didnt exsit
was much easyer for me to deal with
the years since that day has moved swiftly by
i found strengh in every tear that i cryed
you came back once again
and over all that time your love is the same as then
to this day you show me your love is still true
and i have to admit im still alittle scared of you
but i will not run away
by your side is where ill stay
im ready for your love that you give to me
i finally know what to do, how to make you see
ill tell you i love you now as i did back then
and ill tell you about my pain witch was my closet friend
