I Love You, There I Said It Poem by Silence Dogood

I Love You, There I Said It

Rating: 5.0

When I first met you.
I thought you were someone else.
Whenever you were around.
I just couldn't be myself.

Too afraid to show the ugly.
For fear of what you'd think.
You've brought me to the edge.
Insane on the brink.

Everything I thought I was.
Was forever rearranged.
And everything I thought I knew.
Would never be the same.

After all our conversations.
And everything we said.
My heart has grown three sizes.
And started to turn red.

And all the words we spoke.
In utter trust and respect.
Has slowly become.
Just another small regret.

We have gone through the bad.
Never shed a single tear.
So promise me forever.
And stay for the years.

Because heres my last word.
My forever I do.
Cause here in my heart.
I'll always love you.
