Shrub under a tree that is stronger
Unique is this tree, it lives longer
Amidst vegetation in woodland.

You are the example of manhood
Show whole your appearance in movies
Until I am sleeping, approve these
Affections I feel for You Jesus.

I know You are God in Your being
-Adorable bough of the Father-
The nuptial alliance foreseeing.

I love You, I give You my Jesus,
A virginal love that is rather
Well-tried... Yet to love You still pleases.
