I'M A Lunatic Poem by Jeffrey Stultz

I'M A Lunatic

Chorus:
I’m a Lunatic and I’m Okay
I drink all night and I fight all day!
(echo)
I’m a Lunatic and I’m Okay
I drink all night and I fight all day!

I wear a tabard blue and white,
A zipper on my chest,
They put me on the shield wall,
And put me to the test.

They smacked my arm,
They smacked my head,
They even checked my cup,
They taught me how to stay alive
And keep my shield arm up.

Repeat Chorus

Next time out, I grabbed a spear,
To slaughter all our foes,
I practiced killing day and night,
And now it really shows.

I dueled a knight,
I dueled a Duke,
I dueled with Royalty,
Just keep the shield wall up in front
And that’s just fine with me!

Repeat Chorus

We’re champions all
With sword and spear,
Or even Archery,
But when we are hung over,
We fight ferociously!

We’re manly men with nine-foot poles,
The women we impress,
Can’t wait for Tavern Tourney,
So we can all cross dress!
