I’m Not Crazy - Poem by springy nothing

I am weak in all your eyes.
I am different, apart, and despised.

I am nothing to the likes of you.
I am simple, weak, and a fool.

I am stupid in all of your minds’.
I am ugly, depressed, and deprived.

I am a light that you care nothing for.
I am the trash; one mans treasure, a whore.

I am the greatest that you’ll ever see.
I am glory, a highlight, a gleam.

I am the sound you hear in the night.
I am contagious, a sickness, a fright.

I am all that you want to be.
I am hated, forsaken, just me.

I am probably dead to you,
But guesses what, baby, you’re dead to me too,

And all those thoughts put into my head,
Will all end up with you being dead.

Then you all will know the truth,
I will win and you will lose.

And you’ll all see one thing I’m not,
I’m not crazy…I’m not, I’m not…
