I Make A Wish Poem by becky tuffs

My wonderful family down below,
im sorry you never watched me grow,
you see our lord needed me,
so he took me home, he set me free.

Im sorry that i had to leave,
i didnt mean to make you grieve,
But you see i am a special child,
god heard me, when i cried.

I cried out in pain that night,
so god himself showed me the light,
he told i would be whole again,
and you all would love me just the same.

So i took his hand, he led the way,
dont worry with the angels, i do lay,
and before i go to sleep, i make a wish,
and with all my love send you a kiss.
