I promise, tomorrow I'll be there when you get home
I would never ever let you be alone
I promise, today after tomorrow I will treat you right
Despite your something like stars, your character is so bright
I promise to be your smile, your laugh
Nothing like the past since I plan to be the person to last
I promise to protect your heart; life's short but I'll never let the pieces to your heart ever fall apart
