Ask not good or not good,
English is a mixture
And it does not belong to
Any land or any part
Of this earth.
English is like a woman
Not belong to any man
And is free to go or
To stay with anyone
At any time anywhere.
English is like a servant
With no master and yields
To anyone's wish or whim
And produce such things
That has no specific identity.
Dear poets, excuse me,
I am here to express the truth
That I feel here and there
With all common sense and love
But I disregard none.

This poem is written to answer a question of my poet friend Robert Murray Smith
of Australia. The question - Is this good English?
Dear friend, let me clear, I salute each mother language of this world. In each mother language I see an identity, a culture and love and truth and everything therein. I salute each mother and each one's mother land.
Our mother tongue gives us identity. English language belong to the world. Insightful poem.
A beautifully conceived thought provoking piece. Thanks for sharing.

I appreciate the spirit of this poem. Languages serve as bridges between people, lands or continents and nobody has an exclusive right to use any language including English. Who can debar others from using any language. None, whatsoever.
