I Saw Poverty Quarreling In Villages Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

I Saw Poverty Quarreling In Villages

I saw Poverty quarrelling
In Indian villages
For food, water, shelter,
Clothes and live; livelihood
A country reeling under poverty,
Underdevelopment and mismanagement,
Poverty as a village lady
Shedding tears silently
And the drops falling to the ground.
