I Shall Not Die
Just when I thought
That I had it all
Life gave me a push
And made me fall
Took my wings and
Forced me to crawl
Now that it smirks
In a distant window
My body feels cold
My heart beats slow
Shattered and tired
Death seems to grow
But I shall not die
No, not like this
Shall fight my way
Out of this dark abyss
One day I shall give
The sky another kiss
