I Suspected The Rose Has Changed Colour

I never knew my place will be owned by somebody in my slumber
All the time I was promised by love that my place is secure
In my sluggishness and alertness, I need not worry
Looking at my place I saw nothing sinister except beauty and love,
I loved the promise itself which was a sign of big love
All dreams of encroachment to my place of heart
Were dismissed as far-fetched

I was happy when love assured me time and time again,
That the pride of my place is untouchable except by me,
Meanwhile the time to come will tell me otherwise,
I suspected the rose has changed colour
The brilliance of its colour of origin blinded my eyes
I could not see for real

My best friend’s magnified glass cleared the way
And I woke up from slumber land
What I saw broke my heart forever
I followed the find and drowned my heart to death

I became a ghost
With no heart except a mad mind
I lived with an unlikeable caricature
Until it feels the emptiness of my heart
She left!
The apparition came to life again, the human being that I know
Happy to start the race again! !
