I Talk To The Rain (A Parody Of King Crimson) Poem by Kevin Patrick

I Talk To The Rain (A Parody Of King Crimson)

Rating: 5.0

Said the milkmaid with the grenade
can you catch this bad rhyme
Ive met with sages and sgt pepper
but i can never find thyme

I talk to the rain
My words drowned in pain
I talk to the rain
but the rain wont listen
cause its just inanimate rain

Im living outside, to the inside
my body is frail
kind of awkward when Im a stalker
now im in jail

I talk to the rain
My words washed in spain
I talk to the rain
but the rain wont listen
maybe... because its rain

You dont own me
Or possess me
but for 50 quid you can try
Ive got bills
they give me chills
so you can unzip my fly

I talk to the rain
My words caught in a drain
I talk to the rain
but the rain will not listen
because the rain is... well its rain
