I Transfix My Gaze On Your Bright Face Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

I Transfix My Gaze On Your Bright Face

I transfix my gaze on your bright face
And wish to meet you so,
Your light doth shine from out this place
To whom I do not know.
I hope that me you'll wish to meet,
And it will be but soon.
I hope that we'll become good friends
And lovers perchance we'll be,
But it is up to you
To write and answer me.
Your reply in poem does not have to be,
A call will suffice too,
As long as you agree to meet
And see what we may do
To brighten up both our lives
With love and affection too.
