I Travel Far To Be With Her Poem by Bradley Lester

I Travel Far To Be With Her

I travel far to be with her
Excited on my way
I wonder what she's wearing
This lovely funfilled day

I whistle as I drive along
I'm happy in my heart
I'm almost at my loved on
I've loved her from the start

She opens up the front door
A sparkle in her eye
I smile right back and wonder
Without her I would die

We kiss hello and hug
I hold her for a while
I travel far to be with her
Her heart is worth the mile
