I Walk, I Bleed Poem by Vision Ghost

I Walk, I Bleed

Pouring from my soul, a face turned dark
As my hands are chalked by gravels mark
The cold rain thundering down on my back
Fleeting under fates relentless brutal attack

Heads pounding impeding my every move
Lost in a dark past where there was no love
A construction of my own self demise looms
The beating of remorse as my body swoons

I walk, I bleed
Victim of my own creed
I walk, I bleed
My future to recede

Slowly fading away from the real world
My body shivering so small and so curled
Tortured forever by what cannot change
I would sell my soul for a fatal exchange

I walk, I bleed
Victim of my own creed
I walk, I bleed
My future to recede

I walk, I bleed
I walk, I bleed
