I walk with Christ
to find new ways of ending hunger.
A walk to find answers
of why humanity is so blind.
Blind from the true meaning of life.
Why does this humanity push to destroy each other?
Why does this humanity worship such idols
as money, fame, and other worldly things?
How does the richest of countries in this world still see poverty?
Why are we still asking such questions?
This blind humanity will fall,
so destructively down to the farthest of hells.
for its crimes against themselves.
Let’s end this hunger and feed our souls with love.
I walk with Christ,
for fear of walking alone.
Seeing this world in such a dark place
only draws my spirit close,
close to His holiest of presences.
Why, Oh why Jesus, Just tell me!
How has humanity been so blind?
When the answers reside within us all.
