I Welcome You Poem by Cassandra Orr Romero

I Welcome You

I am a queen and live in a place of make-believe.
I love who I am but, I like to pretend.
Pretend that I am a beautiful queen in a
place of make-believe.
I feel I can go any place.
No matter how far in the world.
Come with me, it is important to make-believe.
That is why I am here to tell the story.
Imagine that the land of make-believe, it's real.
Very well but like all dreams, it can last forever.
To my son Christopher, love mother
