I Whisper To Myself Poem by Mohammad Younus

I Whisper To Myself

I whisper to myself,
'You cannot alter
The Divine's design—
You are shaped
In His own image,
A reflection of His intent,
Already whole.'

No need to chase perfection,
Or purify what's already pure.
You are free,
If only you realize:
The prison you perceive
Is not real,
The doors of your room
Are unhinged, unchained,
Never locked to begin with.

I am as I am,
Crafted by sacred hands.
No force can reshape
What was divinely willed.
Like a river, I flow—
Unstoppable, forward-bound.
Moving against the current
Would be to deny my nature.

So I surrender,
Not to chains, but to freedom,
Knowing I am complete
In the eyes of the Infinite.
Let the river flow,
Let me flow,
For I am designed to move
In perfect rhythm
With the pulse of creation.
