You may have walked away,
While I chose to stay.
Because you won't, I will,
I was there back then, and here I am still.
While you choose a place to hide,
I stuck right by their side.
Because you couldn't even man up,
It was all on me to stand up.
Because you wouldn't, I had no choice,
But what you missed were some of the greatest joys.
So because you won't, I will,
Matter of fact, I learned a lot because you were ill! ! ! !
And so you didn't and I did,
It's a shame you missed out on some really AWESOME kids......
