I Wonder, I Wonder Poem by Victoria Gauci

I Wonder, I Wonder

I wonder I wonder,
Why now you think you love her,
I wonder I wonder,
Why now you are thinking of her,

Has your ego been damaged,
I wonder I wonder,
Has your soul been ravaged,
I wonder I wonder,

If your words will hold true,
I wonder I wonder,
If she will ever forgive you,
I wonder I wonder,

You broke her heart,
Then you threw it to the wind,
If you want her back,
You have her soul now to mend,

I wonder I wonder,
If you have it in you,
Are you a man or are you a mouse,
I wonder I wonder,
If she will ever forgive you,
Time you step up and clean your own house.
