If God Gave You A Megaphone! Poem by Denis Martindale

If God gave you a megaphone, I wonder, would you pray,
Before you stood there all alone, with nothing much to say?
Perhaps to read God's Word, then wait, yes, wait upon the Lord,
Perhaps then you would celebrate, amazed and overawed!

For when God shares a prophecy, the angels want to know,
Through God, they learned of Calvary, to where God's Son must go!
Through God, they learned of Pentecost, forgiveness to impart,
The Gospel preached to save the lost who had a change of heart!

If God gave you a megaphone, and revelation, too,
Then by God's angels you'd be known when preaching, GOD LOVES YOU!
