If I Don'T Wake Up Tomorrow Poem by norman hale

If I Don'T Wake Up Tomorrow

If I don't wake up tomorrow
You should know how much I care
Just how much love I hold for you
And I always wanted to be there

If Heaven should come calling
Then tell me I can't come in
I would want you to always know
Just how I cherrish you, my friend

If Satin tells me to leave
That he's not ready for the likes of me
I want you to know this
Our love would be a sight to see

So, if I don't wake up tomorrow
And I'm laying there cold and still
Don't you worry, I'll be back
To help you over any of lifes hills

Who knows Heaven may send me back
To share more love with you
Then you'll always know
Those four little words are so true

I LOVE YOU DARLIN
